Accessibility at CalcOcean

CalcOcean aims to keep calculations understandable and operable with keyboard, touch and assistive technology.

Current features

Pages use semantic headings, labelled calculator inputs, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, live result updates and suitable alternatives for meaningful or decorative images. Layouts reflow on small screens and respect reduced-motion preferences.

Known limits

Automated checks and browser testing cannot cover every combination of browser and assistive technology. CalcOcean has not yet completed an independent WCAG conformance audit.

Report a barrier

Email support@calcocean.com with the page URL, device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, the action you attempted and what happened. Do not include sensitive personal information.

Keyboard and focus

Navigation, links, form controls and calculator actions are designed to remain available from a keyboard, with visible focus indicators.

Labels, results and errors

Inputs use labels and units, while results and validation messages are presented in text rather than by color alone.

Responsive and motion preferences

Layouts reflow for narrow screens and interactive areas are designed for touch. Reduced-motion preferences limit nonessential animation where supported.

Ongoing verification

Automated checks are combined with browser and responsive testing. They reduce common barriers but cannot establish complete conformance across every assistive-technology combination.
