We aim to collect as little personal information as possible.
Current data processing
Calculator values are processed in your browser. Where calculation history is available, CalcOcean stores up to 50 successful entries in localStorage under the key calculio.history.v1. An entry contains the calculator, language, entered values and time. The English health and fitness forms do not save inputs or results to this history; their calculations remain in the current browser tab. History is not synchronized to a CalcOcean account.
Your local calculation history
Anyone using the same browser profile may view this history. You can remove one entry or clear all entries on the History page; clearing this site’s browser data also removes it. Do not enter sensitive information on a shared device.
Hosting and technical requests
Loading the site sends ordinary web-request information, such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and time, to the hosting and network infrastructure. Server or security logs may retain this information according to the provider configuration; CalcOcean does not currently publish a verified retention period.
Contact by email
CalcOcean has no contact form. If you email support@calcocean.com, your email provider and the receiving mail service process the address, message and any attachments. Send only information needed to investigate the issue and do not include passwords or sensitive records.
Analytics and advertising today
CalcOcean uses Google Analytics 4 only after you allow analytics. It helps us understand page use, language choices and whether calculator interactions succeed. Page-view measurement includes the visited URL, which can contain query parameters or a fragment. Search text in the q parameter may also be measured by Google Analytics site-search measurement. Do not enter names, contact details or sensitive information in the site search or a shared URL. Calculator interaction events send only the calculator identifier, category, language and content type, not entered values or results. Google AdSense and advertising cookies are not active.
Future advertising — subject to activation
Before advertising is enabled, this policy and the Cookie Policy must be updated for the selected providers and actual configuration. If Google ads are activated, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers for ad delivery and measurement. Where required, optional technologies must remain disabled until the appropriate consent choice is made.
Advertising choices if activated
If personalized Google advertising is activated, users will be directed to Google Ads Settings and Google’s explanation of how it uses information from partner sites. These controls do not replace any consent choice required on CalcOcean.
