Cookie policy
CalcOcean currently avoids unnecessary cookies and tracking.
Verified current inventory
CalcOcean offers an analytics preference stored in the first-party localStorage key calcocean.analytics-consent.v1. Before permission, analytics storage is denied and the Google Analytics script is not downloaded. If permission is granted, Google Analytics 4 may use browser storage and identifiers for audience measurement. Google AdSense and advertising storage remain disabled.
Local storage is not a cookie
The calculator history uses the first-party localStorage key calculio.history.v1. Its purpose is to show up to 50 recent calculations in the same browser profile. It remains until entries, site data or browser storage are cleared. It is functional, not advertising storage.
Hosting and security technologies
The hosting or network layer may use necessary security or session technologies outside the application code. Their exact names and duration must be verified in the live Hostinger configuration and browser before this inventory is treated as exhaustive.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 is optional and loads only after consent. CalcOcean does not publish an unverified retention period; Google and the configured property govern processing according to their settings and policies. Withdrawing consent changes analytics storage to denied and stops CalcOcean from sending future analytics events in this browser.
Consent management before ads
CalcOcean does not currently implement a certified consent management platform. Before Google publisher ads are served where the requirement applies, the owner must select and configure an appropriate Google-certified CMP, test accept, reject and preference controls, and provide a persistent way to revisit choices.
Change or withdraw your choice
Use the persistent Cookie settings button to accept, reject or withdraw analytics consent. You can also inspect and clear site storage in your browser. This analytics preference is not a Google-certified advertising CMP; a certified CMP must still be installed before future Google advertising where required.
