Calculator issues

Report the calculator URL, the units selected, non-sensitive sample inputs, the result shown and the result you expected. This information helps reproduce validation, rounding or formula problems.

Editorial corrections

Identify the exact sentence, formula or source that may be incorrect. When the issue concerns a rule that can change, include a current primary or authoritative source rather than promotional material.

Accessibility feedback

Include the page URL, device, browser, assistive technology if relevant, the action you attempted and the barrier encountered. This helps distinguish a content issue from an interaction issue.

Privacy questions

Questions about calculation history, browser storage or these policies can be sent to the same support address. Review the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy first for the current, verified data practices.

How to submit a useful report

Use a clear subject, one issue per message where practical, and numbered reproduction steps. Screenshots are useful only when they contain no private information.

• Page URL and calculator name.
• Device and browser.
• Non-sensitive example values and selected units.
• Expected and actual behavior.
• A source link for an editorial correction, when relevant.

Response expectations

Messages are reviewed according to relevance, evidence and reproducibility. Sending a message does not guarantee a particular response time, a personal reply or publication of a requested change.

Protect your information

Do not send passwords, API keys, wallet recovery phrases, account credentials, payment details, private medical records, tax documents or other sensitive information. CalcOcean does not need them to investigate a public calculator or content issue.
